I ordered flowers for my mom from this business after another business last minute fell through. Not only did they get more order ready to be delivered by the next day, they gave me a call to make sure everything was perfect! They went above and beyond with their customer service and ended up doing more than what i thought i had ordered. Their candies are gourmet quality, their floral arrangement exceeded the already beautiful expectation set by their photos. From beginning to end, the did exceptional. I am so very grateful for their help, my mother loved them! This will now be my go to, 100%

Service was excellent. They called because the didn't have all of the product for the arrangement I selected. They told me what they did have. At that point, I could have went with a different arrangement, however I went with what I ordered agreeing to their suggestions for an alternative to complete the arrangement. This was about noon on a Friday. By 2:30, my mother had the flowers. This was on the one-year anniversary of the death of my father, so I wanted to send something special to my mother. She loved it! Thank you thank you!

I ordered through the website, an arrangement to be delivered. It was very easy and there was email communications throughout the process; so I always knew what was happening. My grandma loved the flowers and I appreciated being able to send her something from far away.

As always, great service with dependable delivery! I order bouquets online and they never disappoint. Flowers have been in vase 2 weeks and still looking good!

I was very pleased with the service I received. I was impressed with the fact that they double checked my mother's address and called me because their records and the address I gave them did not match. My mother had recently moved so they didn't have her new address. Nice of them to check. My mother was/is very pleased with the poinsettia plant she received!

Tyndall Hometown Floral is an excellent little shop to order plants, flowers and also get gifts for special occassions. The flowers last forever from there and are very well arranged. The manager, Deb Bucholz, is excellent at her job and provides excellent customer service. Her staff person, Allie, is very helpful as well.
